Excellent Source

The questions are straight forward for the deductions and income reporting. Easy to edit after first pass. I like the detailed reviews that lead you to the exact point of interest, showing the possible problem and will not just eliminate the review point without something being done. Easy to save and print only selected forms.
What's great about it: Able to find prior years returns to input details.
What's not so great: One of my kids returns was lost as "corrupted".

When it came time to enter any additional income to and exclusions from taxation, the language was not clear enough. I had to go over it several times before getting it correct. I think it would be better not to lump the two in one screen and then divide them into two separate screens. One at a time would be less confusing. I hope my explanation is not subject to the same fault I found with the program.
What's great about it: I was not required to enter our income and deductible expenses a second time
What's not so great: The language dealing with additional exclusions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick and Easy

Every year I dread doing my taxes. I usually put it off until mid April, even though I have always gotten money back. I woke up this Saturday dreading the amount of free time I was going to have to sacrifice to this process, but Turbo Tax quickly and simply took me through the process and I was back to hanging out with my friends and playing xbox in no time. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: The program walks you through each step of the process with detailed information in an approachable fashion.
What's not so great: It has to do with taxes. Anything to do with taxes has an automatic con.

Informative and Helpful for Future use

Turbo tax is a great tool to use year after year. They are like a personal file cabinet combined with the accountant ready for your input year after year.
What's great about it: The user friendly selection of manual or auto and the ability to switch back and fourth, is very user friendly.
What's not so great: The first time using Turbo Tax there is a lot more information needed.
