Always quick and easy to file my return. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes quick and easy and is always useful when I have any questions on what I need to pay or can deduct on my taxes.

Much easier to use, lots of final check ups, total relief when you hit that button and it says it is ALL DONE!!!
What's great about it: No midnight run to postoffice on 15th.
What's not so great: Worry about internet being down when due.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This product was easy to load and use.
guides you step by step through the tax prep process.
Reminds you of what happened last year, if you used Turbo Tax and loads info from last year as well, saving time.
Makes the process quicker and more foolproof.

What's great about it: step by step walkthrough of the whole process, plus reminders of last year's forms.
What's not so great: could provide a basic list of fprms/ paperwork usually needed for the tax prep process for those not used to doing own

Easiest Way to File

Turbo Tax is easier to use than going to a physical tax preparer. I can gather the deduction information as I'm inputting them into Turbo Tax. I don't have to gather everything all at once and wonder if I have everything. Turbo Tax asks questions which the physical tax preparer doesn't always ask. I can take the time needed to find additional receipts when a question comes up I didn't think about prior to starting the tax return. Now that I regularly use Turbo Tax, it automatically enters my prior year's information as a starting point and shows me the difference between last years to this years entries. This helps for planning the coming year's deductions.

Simply painless

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years, and the process is fairly painless. As long as the user keeps organized records and paperwork, there is no reason Turbo Tax can't get you the most money back. I am pleased and will continue to use this product.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and thorough
What's not so great: long loading time, slightly expensive

I have used Turbo tax for years and while the program was never hard to use, it seems that they are making it easier to use every year. No one likes to pay taxes but if you are bogged down by the numbers and the frustration of filing, Turbo Tax has made it a breeze to get through so you can move on and enjoy the rest of your day.
What's great about it: good direction and easy to follow
What's not so great: I did owe taxes
