Whew!!

In general I enjoy using TurboTax and always recommend it for family and friends. However, this year, I had an issue when I sold a car used in my little part-time business for two years. It seemed to be way too complicated.
What's great about it: Carry forward, step by step methodology
What's not so great: disposing of an asset used only partially in my little business

Simple and Easy

Have been using TT since 1992. I've seen a tremendous amount of development in terms of ease of use and intelligent tax help built into the software since that time. Keep up the great work at Intuit!

Using Turbo Tax for 20 years

I've been using Turbo Tax since I had a small tax business back in the mid-90s. Considered switching to one of the others, but TT has been so reliable for so many years, can't make a change!!
What's great about it: accurate, easy to use, free Fed eFile
What's not so great: just a little bulky on the guided method
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Intuit Turbo Tax Review

We have used Turbo Tax for several years and as much as I hate doing my taxes every year Turbo Tax makes it easy and I have confidence that it is accurate.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly Program. I really like how it guides you thru the sections!
What's not so great: Not much I don't like about Turbo Tax

One suggestion-make it easier to opt out of printing estimated tax payment vouchers. We pay estimated tax electronically.
