No State Return

I like Turbo Tax. The process is easy to follow and I feel confident that I have done everything correctly and will receive the max refund.
The only reason I gave a rating of poor is because in the past a state return was included in the Deluxe version. Now I have to pay extra for a state return. I will seriously consider using a different tax prep software next year because of this.
What's great about it: Easy to use,included previous years data.
What's not so great: State Return costs extra.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used TurboTax for the last several years. It's easy to use, very clear, and I get the taxes done and filed quickly.

Refund to the Max

Oh yeah baby, I maxed out my refund all thanks to Turbo Tax and the Easy Guide. Turbo Tax is not Taxing at all!

State Return

Using the software for the second state did make the bottom line change from a payment to a refund.
What's great about it: Much easier than trying to do NY return manually!
What's not so great: Price of state return (when you have to file more than one.)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My overall experience with Turbo Tax is Great. i have used it the past 8 years. The updates keep me informed and it is a great product that i recommend to friends and family.

If it comes out as good as it seems it will be great. This is the first time for me, and the most I have gotten back in for a good while, so I guess we will see when the refund comes, but if it does work out I will be using again.
