Simple, quick, good experience

I was impressed and pleased with TurboTax. It was super easy and quick. Plus it offered lots of extra information for any deductions whether I could use them or not. It was easy and efficient. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone!
What's great about it: Easy, covered all the deductions, good explanations

For a Deceased Father

We had to do a tax return for my deceased father-in-law; we were concerned that it would be a difficult task. TurboTax stepped us through the return and helped us with the necessary forms. We've used TurboTax for years for our own taxes and I'll always give it five stars! Thanks!

I would HIGHLY recommend Turbo Tax to any one. Even people that has never filed taxes on their own.

I am very thankful that products such as Turbo Tax are readily available and are developed to be user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to understand. Well-guided and helpful.

Great Tool

Turbotax provides me with a way to complete my taxes quickly and accurately. I would, however, like to see more of my forms be available for download. This appears to be more of an employer, bank, etc. issue but I would hope Inuit would take time and effort to promote this as a customer/employee benefit to the business community.

Credit card submit for federal payment didn't work

Generally happy with turbotax, but I was not able to pay my federal tax with credit card. After I entered my cc #, turbotax shutdown. This happened three different times. I finally decided to pay with check and it worked fine. Also, turbo tax would not allow me to receive a check for my state return (Viriginia). I only had the option for a debit card or direct deposit. I'm not thrilled giving out my routing/checking numbers and a debit card would not be practical.
