2012 Tax Return

All in all a good program, would like to see ability to e-file state returns (a lot of spouses work out of resident state)
What's great about it: Transferred previous years information, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Could not e-file state returns because husband worked in 2 states

It works every year!

I've used Turbo Tax for six years. I am not computer literate; my family takes care of my technical problems. I am not interested in becoming proficient with technology. Turbo Tax gets me through my taxes every year. Sometimes I am confused, but I am able to follow the directions, make corrections when necessary and get the job done. I am a very detailed oriented person, so if I have my information, it gets into Turbo and I get the job done. It works!
What's great about it: Affordable, friendly, understandable
What's not so great: I don't see the forms and know how we get to where we go

I have been using this program for the last 15 years, and have been able to assist friends and neighbors in their returns.
Simply the best program out there. Yeah, I know I could probably file for free with other programs, but this is the best!
Note: I have been using Quicken as the church treasurer for the past 6 years.
What's great about it: Simple: Everything!!
What's not so great: At my age, sometimes I am the "con" in confused

I love using Turbo Tax. I've used it for many many years and it's so easy. It walks you through each and every scenario and checks your information for errors and even let's you know your risk for an audit. I just love it.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: NA
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Display prior year return side by side

When reviewing current year return, if prior year's return can be displayed side by side, line by line, it will be much easier to ensure nothing is missed.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: No prior return displayed
