Great Experience - will use again

I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my family's taxes for at least the last 10 years and wouldn't even try to use another product.
What's great about it: love the step by step process
What's not so great: no cons

Great Job - First time on Mac

Overall it consistently does a great job!
My wife's mother died and the accountant who finalized the esstate sent me a 2K-1 to file with my MA returns. I couldn't find that supported although it did transfer information from the federal K-1 form.
What's great about it: picked up old Window return files
What's not so great: State form not supported
Pros: I bought or sold investments

In the past I have to order forms review to see where to put all the digits and beat the mailing before due date so I prolonged during my taxe. With TurboTax this helped me tremendous because no need to figure where to put the information.
What's great about it: How easy it was to input and follow instructions.

Love Turbo Tax

We have been using turbo tax for year. It is always up to date and easy to use. We could not do our taxes without the help of turbo Tax

My second year using Turbo Tax......if you have your information all together, it's easy to type it in and Turbo Tax does the rest.
What's great about it: walked through each step....very easy
What's not so great: some choices(on the drop down items) are not the same as writing them yourself, but you just have to pick the closest
