I loved how it was self guided, but you could go back and check past areas and make changes at any time.
E-filing federal and state is a bonus!

I use Turbo Tax year after year, and it so much easier than the old paperwork jungle way of filing. I do find it more expensive that other tax software, but I am used to this system, so I continue to use it. I did not like that Turbo Tax automatically charged me for 2012 software without my knowledge in November of 2012.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Turbo Tax gets more expensive, although tax laws are easier

Hazzah to Turbo Tax

Don't be scared! Even if you don't know exactly what your doing the program does, they have informative questions along the way that help you understand what to enter and even explains the type of forms you need to fill out the correct tax information. Turbo Tax is a great tax tool!
What's great about it: Very helpful, acurate & fast
What's not so great: goes to the review screen after almost each question

Turbo Tax was easy to use. It was quick, didn't take me a lot of time at all. The updates were helpful, and there were plenty of opportunities for assistance from Turbo Tax. I utilized it 2 times, and stick was done with my tax return quickly.
What's great about it: The ease, it was quick and fun, took barely any time at all
What's not so great: Nothing having to do with turbo tax, i wanted more money back!

Henry's 2012 fderal tax return

I am currently enrolled in EFTPS with a pin number and an EFTPS Internet password which allow me to pay my federal taxes online through my checking account. Turbotax software should have this as an option for e-filing in addition to the direct withdrawal from the checking account. May be next year???
What's great about it: smooth program as always
What's not so great: the method of payment of my taxes (see below)
Pros: I bought or sold investments
