Disappointed-does not prepare all needed forms!

TT does not make it obvious how to e-file a federal return and paper-file a state form. Also, my state requires a copy of Schedule A but TT does not prepare one since I don't qualify for federal itemized deductions but I do qualify for itemized deductions in the state. If TT bothered to read the state form, it states right on the form that a Schedule A is required so it SHOULD be in the packet. I'm NOT a happy customer!
What's great about it: Sorta easy to use
What's not so great: Does not prepare federal Schedule A which is required to be filed with the state form

Just as Great as in Years Past

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now. I like the way it brings forward info from prior year. I have never had any problems with the software or the IRS. I always feel comfortable that no stone has been left unturned.
What's great about it: Easy hand-holding walk-thru
What's not so great: No complaints

Good Product and Price

While it is an excellent program and covered all the situations. I feel it is kind of limited because most of the people I know do work two jobs and have expenses for both but canot file electronicly because of this.
What's great about it: Quick Easy and covered most situations
What's not so great: did not tell you when you lost ability to file electronicly

Great Help!

Got my taxes back really fast. My state got returned and their support line was wonderful. I only waited a minute on hold for someone to help me then, she got me through the error in about two minutes and my state was sent and done errors fixed. I've used turbo tax for about six years and will keep using it. Thanks!

Great Tax Return

I love Turbo Tax and I'm very satisfied with the product. I file a joint return, this year for some reason I was confused with the State question about filing two years of tax returns and the adjusted income for the prior year. If you file a joint return, why is the State asking for separate info? There is no info on how to get the spouse adjusted income. Is that the same?
I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommended to my friends. Thank you for a great product.
