Easy, but wordy

I think it would improve the experience for those of us not really well versed in financial affairs to have the definitions and some of the questions reworded to a non-accountant lingo. Some of the requests used a lexicon that might be really familiar with the creators and tax preparers, but I didn't entirely recognize it. You could make it funny. Use the legal term and lingo, and then say "in other words..."
What's great about it: Click of the button gives you an answer or the next question
What's not so great: Some explanations use a lot of jargon that are not in my vocabulary.

Why Hesitate?

It really is easy to use! Dont hesitate. Everyone should really work with this program. It is outstanding and I will spread the word amongst my family and friends. My best friend and her husband have been trying to get me to use the program for a couple of years now and I wouldnt budge.What was I thinking?!
What's great about it: it really does hold your hand every step of the way
What's not so great: as with anything new, seems scary at first

I'm tired but still feel good about my Turbo Tax

Even at 11:55 pm I'm glad I got through 4 tax returns and can go to sleep feeling a sense of accomplishment!
What's great about it: The carry overs from last year....I hate filling out redundent info!
What's not so great: having to scoll down on the screen to get to the 'continue' button

Good experience

I felt that this years taxes went quite smoothly over all. The program was quite helpful and allowed you to skip and bounce around the different sections as I needed and wanted.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: some steps could use better explanations of the deductions/taxes

Easier than an using an accountant

This beats the way I used to do my taxes by gathering the data and going to an accountant. The most difficult part was in gathering the data, which is made much easier with automatic downloads. The best part now is I save the time of going to an accountant and paying his fee. TurboTax is well worth it.
My only complaint is not being prompted to claim my state capital loss carryover and not having the program automatically calculate it when the data was available for the program to do it. I had to file amended state returns to recapture state capital loss carryovers that TurboTax allowed me to overlook a couple years ago. Now I make sure to claim it each year.
What's great about it: convenient and much much simpler than doing it by hand
What's not so great: fails to prompt for at least one important deduction

Great Software

I've used turbo tax for the past few years. I really like how they can import tax information from previous years. Importing that information saves a lot of time. The step by step instructions are easy to understand and wherever an explanation might be needed, support is always a click away. I like how turbo tax checks for errors as well as runs an audit risk check. Excellent product!
What's great about it: I bought a home this past filing year and Turbo Tax Deluxe helped me maximize my deductions.
