Like the ease of moving through the questions.

I have used the software for about 10 years now. It is easy to use and understand. It helps to control my cost for tax preparation. I just like it!
What's great about it: Calculator at the top of the screen
What's not so great: No cons that I would memtion.

What's not so great: would like a simple way to print only the schedules needed

I have been using TurboTax for 6 or more years for myself and my family - NEVER had problems -- Turbo leads the way. I can always get answers quickly and easily.
What's great about it: I can do very difficult taxes and easy taxes with one product that shows the way

Not perfect

Program did not calculate capital gain from brokerage info; confusing process for entering capital gain carryover on state return. Why doesn't the program get the info from last year??
What's great about it: Familiar platform, mostly works well
What's not so great: Some info apparently does not transfer from prior year, and some investment calculations must be overridden

4th year i have used Turbo Tax. It makes it easy and I feel confident with the results.

Turbo Tax made filing my 2012 Tax return very simple. I was able to transfer my w2 information automatically as well. Our family is spoiled by Turbo Tax! Keep up the awesome work.
