I have used this product for the past few years. I have always been pleased with the results. I have never had issues, like i did going to one of the competetors. This year did show some nice updates. Still very easy to navigate. The only hard part to navigate is if you use It's Deductible Online to track item donations. It gets to be a very long process, but does allow for maximum refund.

Turbo tax has been my tax software for many years. From year to year the basic information is easily pulled over from earlier returns. Entry of tax data is step by step and in easy bits of data while giving you the choice to have simple return or a more complex one. I assist my children and grandchildren with their returns which are pretty simple yet the same software allows for my more complex return too. The e-file is great to get the returns submitted in a quick and easy method and since we have the PINs from ealier years they are quickly validated and get their refunds quickly. Thanks Turbo tax, for making a difficult tax return simple!
What's great about it: Simple easy and multiple returns for the whole family
What's not so great: Some entries get you into a loop

Congratulations to Turbo Tax and its affiliates. This is my first time using it and rest assure that I'm extremely satisfied with the experience, knowledge and best of all I'll share my success using Turbo Tax with my family, friends and teammates.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, wonderful product.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and never had a problem. All of the references during the process help make sure you get the most out of your return. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Very easy and helpful. Always feel good about my return.
