Great product - I had a challenging tax year and turbo handled just fine
What's great about it: on line import of financial data from my broker
What's not so great: I wanted to pay additional federal taxes for next year & it's difficult to do so

Quick and Easy!

The software works in plain language and tells you what to do in each step. I have used Turbo Tax since the very first time I did my taxes and I have never used any other product - there's no need!
What's great about it: I love that it transfers info from the previous year and checks everything for yout
What's not so great: It took me a while to find an answer to a form... but I found it!

This is a great product. Allows anyone at all to prepare their taxes like a pro. I feel confident that my return was prepared correctly and that I am getting the full refund amount that I am entitled to receive.
What's great about it: Super simple, easy to understand and provides detailed explanations that you can read if you need more info on a topic
What's not so great: doesn't do everything for you...

I have used TurboTax every year for so long I can't remember that far back, and every year it is just as easy (or easier!) than the year before. Plus I have great confidence that I've done everything correctly. Nothing can beat the feeling of knowing my tax paperwork is done and done right!
What's great about it: Simple but keeps me confident
What's not so great: none!

Hands down the only way to prepare taxes!

Ever since I was introduced to this software almost 20 years ago in college as an Accounting major, this is the only way I prepare my personal taxes. Software walks me through everything step by step so I have confidence nothing was missed. Very happy camper!

Once I have found Turbo Tax I have not gone back to the old ways of filing my taxes. It is easy to follow and walks me through everything step by step. Customer for life.
