Glad to be using TT

I have been using TT deluxe for over 10 years now... It has been a helpful tool for complete and file our taxes. It's much easier to use that filling out the forms the old way. I've never use a tax consultant and probably will never.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Long Time User.

I've used your software since your company started. The first few years your software was on five and a quarter floppies. Than you went to 3.5" disc (boy was that great! Now the CD ROM is great. Your software has saved me many hours of work over the past 25 or 26 years.

What's great about it: I have confidence in your software.No problems encounted.
What's not so great: Sometimes your software has minor problems like wanting a W-2 filled out when all your income is retired pinsons.

Overall good format. Moves you in to each section and asks all the right questions in order to complete your taxes.
What's great about it: Walks you through every facet.
What's not so great: Cannot remove a form. Tax options.

Easy, easy, easy

I would recommend the Turbo Tax Program to anyone that can work a computer. If you just follow the instructions line by line you can do your own return. I have been doing our returns for years and this has been the best experience in filing tax returns. But I cannot believe the government requires so many forms. I was going to print out my return, including all work sheets and it would have been 68 pages and I don't certainly don't have much money to pay taxes on. Oh well, thanks Turbo Tax, keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Can not come up with any cons on this program

I LOVE TURBO TAX! HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS. ALWAYS EASY AND SIMPLE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH. HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
What's great about it: EASY TO UNDERSTAND, STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE
What's not so great: HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO IMPORT MY TAX INFORMATION

Finally Finished!

This is an excellent product and I will continue to use it each and every year. This is my third year doing my taxes with Turbo Tax and I am always relieved when I am done! It would take me much longer to do the taxes on my own, so I am very glad that there is a product that will help the average consumer with their taxes.
What's great about it: I love the step by step process Turbor Tax takes you through
