Wonderful

I procrastinate because I just do not want to have to figure out what I need to do my taxes. But TT asks all the questions I need to know to remember what it is I need to be doing to get these taxes done. And when I am done it checks my work and says there are no mistakes. YEAH Then I remember how easy it is to do my taxes, to do my taxes with TT. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The ease of it all
What's not so great: That I have to pay
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy but

I have used it for many years and like it, but this year every so often it would close the program on my PC and start a browser session at TTSupport. I would have to retry and retry.
What's great about it: Very easy and it guides you along

Made Life Easier

Excellent software tool that's easy to use and simplifies the tax filing process immensely. Imports from the previous years are huge time savers as are imports from the various financial institutions.
Rental property section is still confusing even with all of the help. Part of that has to do with my rental management agency reports but it is still confusing to follow in the software.
Overall, I never use anything else.

Pleased with Turbo Tax Results

I'm always pleased my the methodical way in which Turbo Tax gathers the necessary information.
What's great about it: Although the process takes time, the refund is worth the effort
What's not so great: Although the "help" screens are good, finding the necessary answers is still not easy.

Not intimidating

My sister has been doing my taxes for the last several years. I chose to do mine this year and even though I had a couple of gliches, due to someone else filing in the past, Intuit people helped me all the way through it and I will be getting my refund much faster with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Program guides each step of the way
What's not so great: Does take time and patience.

Turbo Tax makes the process of taxes so "doable". TT asks the right questions in all categories and when one is finished all is done. The work is checked for errors and one is ready to FILE. The only thing that remains would be the Payment.
There, that is the "con" to turbo tax, the paying of taxes.
