Wonderfule program

Great program. Did not deal with people who had no idea how to file a return or did not want to deal with you. The whole process took me less than two hours. Completely painless.

Super easy, if you have used Turbo Tax once before and you haven't changed your job, bank or filing status, then you barely need to touch your keyboard.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy like chicken

Turbo Tax, Got the job done

for a simple tax return, it's great
What's great about it: easy to follow interface. my returns are very simple so it works for me.
What's not so great: confused as to some terms even with the little pop up boxes, but overall not a problem.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel Turbo Tax is great because it allows you to do your own taxes with confidence.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: When you go through the steps and get to the State tax it use to just have a button that says skip and now it doesn't.

This is our 8th year with Turbo Tax - and we LOVE IT!
It makes us feel in control and yet we always have the Tubo Tax Community if we have a question.

What's great about it: Easy to use, comfortable in my own chair, concise directions, & in the privacy of my own home-that's the Turbo Tax way
What's not so great: Can't even think of 1 - except I wish I had a bigger refund!

I am going on 10 years of using turbo tax. I started using it when I only needed a 1040 EZ. As time goes on, taxes get more and more complicated, but with Turbo Tax, I feel like I am still getting all the refund that I deserve. It's still easy to use even though I am now putting in a lot more info.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Tries to make you answer some things even after you aren't qualified

I do our family's taxes every year. Once I've gathered my paperwork together, it takes hardly any time at all. I'm trusting that TurboTax will ask me all the right questions so we pay the right amount.
What's great about it: It's easy to just fill in the blanks when Turbo Tax guides you through the questions.
