Turbo Tax does make doing my taxes relatively painless! i just wish they offered more than 1 free state filing.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Concise explainations

Easy to use

Year after year, I am satisfied with the job Turbotax Deluxe does for me. All the auto import and calculation features are extremely time-saving.
What's great about it: Last Year info carry-over, Its Deductible, step-by-step, auto state return generation are all excellent features
What's not so great: Going back and editing some entries not so intuitive

I have been using turbo tax for about 5 years now and love it! it has saved me hundreds of dollars from paying some one else to file my taxes for me...It is so easy to use! I love that it finds my mistakes!

Our taxes are straightforward and I trust TurboTax. Have used it for years and it is very user friendly.
What's great about it: error checking is great

No Hunting For Line "X" on Form "Z"

My favorite feature is transferring last years tax information. No hunting through old files and papers. It is all entered in the appropriate places, ready to go.
What's great about it: I don't have to search back and forth between tax forms entering numbers. I also don't have to spend hours reading.
What's not so great: Not as much detail in the help as I would like.
