Please have a save and come back to feature for those of us who need a break. I would have given you five stars if I had not lost my work.
What's not so great: Need to be able to save and come back to at later time. I lost 3 hours of work today due to this.

Have used Turbo Tax for 3 or 4 years and was very satisfied.
This year I found it very difficult and very different from the previous years. Also I was charged extra for the state when I purchased the Deluxe Edition. I will be looking for something else next year.

Easy money

Used Turbo Tax for a few years now, so far I believe it's as accurate as any paid service, at least as far as my needs. single income, home owner, kids. I've recommended it to my co coworkers to give it a try.

Not perfect

Filing for the state was irritating. Program for the delux package will not allow you to enter information right off like it should. Had to look up the problem which many individuals had issues with to find a solution.
What's great about it: The refund for Federal was easy

I am not very computer savvy but Turbo Tax is so easy I can do it without assistance. I have used it for several years.
