Turbo Tax does not handle RITA exceptions, last year when living in a RITA area for a part year, and this year when one had no RITA taxes removed from his pay and spouse did, didn't want there to be differences
It also didn't like two counties, is okay that I moved but new county has NO school district and old one did,
Coverage of exceptions needs some more thought - other than those two conditions, you improve every year - will use again next year, thanks

What's great about it: Its Deductible - love it
What's not so great: RITA with the state of OHIO always needs to be overwritten

Turbo is Tops

We have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now. It is great on how it can transfer all the info from the previous year that will be needed on the current forms. So all you have to do is do the editing. We were able to do our taxes in one day, have it checked for errors and what our audit risk would be. Then efiled it. Taxes are never fun but at least with Turbo Tax it isn't fatal.
What's great about it: How quick and easy it is to answer the questions
What's not so great: Help files are to broad can be hard to find what you are looking for.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. Its easy and fast.
What's great about it: simple, easy to use
What's not so great: too many updates waste time

I have purchased and used TurboTax Deluxe for a number of years and IT continues to make the process easy. In areas that needed additional information, the support assistance was excellent. My questions were clearly answered. The bank routing information was clear and helpful.
What's great about it: Easy instructions and simply to follow.

Widows can do their own taxes.

As a recent widow, the thought of getting taxes done was daunting. My husband always did taxes, and fortunately he used Turbo Tax for the previous 3 years before I took over. I decided to try for myself. With time, this is the third one, I have come to find Turbo Tax really easy to follow. There are excellent explanations available and the checks for errors help tremendously. Yes, widows can do their own taxes.
What's great about it: Category sections with easy guidance prompts
