Fantastic and easy!

I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone. I think it is very easy to do and also a very helpful step by step process. They take you on a step by step process and will cover everything you need. Thank you Turbo Tax!!!

GREAT, BUT NEED MAC OS X VERSION FOR BUSINESS

I had an issue to change my refund to go towards 2013 year instead of receiving it by check. It took me 30 min to find that I need to switch to Form level and how to modify data there.
What's great about it: It remembers what I need and use.
What's not so great: It is difficult to fix some simple things after return is finished

The Time Saver

I was lost on parts of the federal forms as to what I was eligable to deduct. The explanation in the instructions regarding social security and what portion is taxable was not at all clear. Turbo Tax took care of it and althoughI still don't understand it, I trust that Turbo Tax did the right thing. I am completely happy with the ease of preparation and the results.
What's great about it: Like the calculations part and the deduction selection process

Retired IRS Advocate Uses

As a retired IRS Taxpayer Advocate, I have used Turbo Tax for years. I trust the questions and answers to get me through the process. It eliminates my anxieties over making a mistake through math or ignorance of a law change.
I'm ALWAYS so happy when I get through it each year and know it is accurate.
What's great about it: EASY to use!!!!

2012 Tax Returns - Painless

I really like how easy it is to use Turbo Tax and that's why it is the only system I use every year. They guide me along & make sure to ask questions to get all the deductions that I can.
Best program I've ever used.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, & great to get a refund!
What's not so great: Still had to pay to file State forms - No refund and nothing due.

Just keeps getting better

TurboTax keeps getting better every year. I have complete confidence that this software is programmed to decipher the impossible IRS tax code and ensure I'm completing my taxes correctly. I love that it checks for updates automatically. Way to go, Intuit. You know you've got a winner!
What's great about it: Easy-peesy. Walked me through everything. Wonderful!

Super Easy

This was my first year using TurboTax. I work in the tax field just not with income taxes. This program really explains everything thoroughly and it language that is common and easy to understand. I will be using TurboTax every year!
What's great about it: step by step guide, simplifies, gives amazing answers/explainations
What's not so great: NOTHING

Whew! Done in record time!

Overall, I love TurboTax. I know that I can count on an easy return once I have all my paperwork. Thank you for such an invaluable product. I will continue using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow through. The learn more tips relieved my anxiety.
What's not so great: The Charitable Contributions value chart was overpriced making me alter my items count.
