Finally Finished

Once in the document, input was completely easy. Difficult to know where to save the file on my computer and then access it. Once I made it past that bump, inputting all our info was a snap. Especially appreciated the Form K-1 help.
What's great about it: All areas are covered.
What's not so great: Start up was confusing.

Learning the IRS laws/rules was not necessary because
of Turbo Taxes' approach to every area.By responding to their questions, an IRS filing was accomplished without stress.

Thoughts

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. It may be easy for me to use because I'm use to it. I like how it guided me through the forms.
We are retired and have two small businesses. The most confusing part was how to handle health insurance costs, or even if we can claim it at all. Some clearification on this would be great.

Peace of mind plus savings

I'm an organized person so this is a very cost effective way for me to file my taxes and know that I've done it correctly.
What's great about it: Saves me paying someone much more than the cost of your product

Sweet and Simple

I have used turbo tax for the last 10 years and each year I'm assured my return was prepared correctly and filed in a timely manner. I especially liked the fact that tech support was only a click away. Thanks turbo tax. Keep doing what your doing - making filing my tax returns sweet and simple.
What's great about it: I liked the easy to understand step by step instructions and the fact that additional assistance was only a click away.
What's not so great: No dislikes at all using turbo tax.

Reliable and easy to use

Been using TT for about 7 years now and the UI has remained pretty consistent and it is easy to use. Biggest gripe is that the continue button seem to require a mouse and can't just use keyboard. Maybe I'm missing something...
What's great about it: Consistent reliable interface, automatic import from previous years
What's not so great: Need to click continue with a mouse still
