I would not use any other method to file , having used Turbo Tax since 2009 or before. The layout is great, you have my prior years info to compare and look for errors or changes.

What's great about it: Each year it gets easier working with Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: Confused myself with 1099-Misc

Generally I liked the progran=m and it worked very well, except for the "finishing" touchs to take care of the final filing. I felt it needed more explanation and clarification
What's great about it: Entering data for the form was done vwery well
What's not so great: It was difficult to understand in getting the last parts done and filed.

I have used competitor software in past. Turbo tax did not seem as intuitive. Instead, I forced myself to triple check each choice of entry, in order to ensure satisfaction. I did like the history input, in order to compare record last 5 years, in order to validate trends and exceptions.

Easy for anyone to use

TurboTax is easy to use, even for folks who aren't real competent with numbers and/or computers. It helps you see if you have deductions, and makes sure you include all income.
What's great about it: info saved from previous year
What's not so great: hitting back didn't always work

Extremely Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I file in several different states as well as federal. Excellent product and gets better every years.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, able to switch between federal and state forms
What's not so great: Some federal tax credit forms not supported
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and count on its accuracy, quick steps, and review processes.
What's great about it: Quickness to follow through interview steps
What's not so great: Going back to find specific forms

I started using Turbotax a couple of years back and it's one of the best decissions I've ever made. I feel like i was throwing my money away paying a preparer all those years back.
