A great program overall-needs minor tuning

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years and continue to come back because I'm convinced it does just as good a job as a professional at much less the cost. Overall the information is easily entered in logical menus that help you not worry about the details of the calculations. The only negative I have is that two areas were more challenging than I would like: entry of the data for the Underpayment calculations and estimation of next years taxes. The worksheets in these areas are not up to the same quality as those in other areas.
What's great about it: Simple menus leading you through all necessary areas
What's not so great: Building support info (e.g. underpayment) too difficult
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy process. I load the data as i receive it and when ready to complete the process I use the system to allow me to preview what i have done.

I only had two problems that I feel Turbotax should have caught:
1) I forgot to enter the employer's ID from my W-2 and TT didn't catch this.
2) I deleted K-1"s from last year and TT still included them for this year.

almost as easy as dumping all my info at a tax preparer's office to do! I kept avoiding sitting down doing my taxes but turbo tax made it easy once i started.
What's great about it: easy to do! fast! *the program was easy to load into my computer, the program was easy to follow*

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last ten years and wouldn't think of doing taxes any other way. From importing data to E filing it's a snap.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate and super fast
What's not so great: nothing bad I can think of
