30 Years of Meeting or Exceeding Expectations

Have been using Turbo Tax since 1984 (maybe 83). Every year it seems to get better and make the job more straight forward. We don't have the worlds most complicated return but it is far from the simplest with periodic complications from things like the AMT and ISO stock options. Without Turbo Tax I would have been paying a tax preparer for the last 15 years or more. Taxes aren't fun but at least with Turbo Tax's Guided Tour the frustration of trying to follow the IRS forms goes away. It also lets me easily play some "what ifs" - like what would my taxes be if I didn't have a mortgage.
What's great about it: Capturing History & Intuitive Flow
What's not so great: Could use a little more tutorial on the unusual forms & situations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Don't be afraid!

If I can file my own taxes using Turbo Tax, then literally anyone can do the same. Turbo Tax makes the entire agonizing process really easy, walking you through every question, and even checking your answers to make sure you haven't done some wrong or omitted necessary information. Gold stars all round!
What's great about it: I am devoid of the gene that controls all things accounting and all things tax! But with Turbo Tax, I am a genius!!

Very quick and easy

I've used TurboTax for the last 8 or 9 years. This year is uploaded all my data from last year so it was quick and easy to use. Don't know why it hasn't worked in the past but sure hope it continues to work in the future. Much easier than doing them by hand which is what I always did before TurboTax. I feel that I'm much les likely to make a mistake.
What's great about it: Finally used my data from last year to fill this year. Hasn't worked before. Made everything very easy.

In using the program year to year, it's easy to make sure you have all the right areas completed

Stress Free Tax Return

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999. I have never had any problems with receiving my refunds by direct deposit from IRS within the stated time. I like the fact that there is not an issue with calculations. I also like that I have an opportunity to correct any errors and/or discrepancies prior to being sent to IRS. I have been pleased for the entire 14 years that I have been using this product.

What's great about it: Asked all questions for maximum refund.
What's not so great: There was nothing that I didn't like.
