Have been using TurboTax since the penci/pen/paper days. found it simple enough to use it then and still find it so. It is like a good red wine, improves with age.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate and builds on previous issues.
What's not so great: The additional cost of e-filing of state sometimes exceeds the state return

It has to be done

I have been using Turbo Tax for more that 10 years. Although my tax situation has become less complicated, it appears that filing my taxes become more difficult each year. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if the problem is with Turbo Tax or the federal tax code. I assume it is a little of both. One of the things like most about recent versions, is help with charitable contributions. We have always underestimated the value of stuff! I will admit that the program forces me to review things that I probably would not otherwise consider.
What's great about it: It got the job done in one day!
What's not so great: Wanted to upgrade me too often

2012 Income Tax

I like the way I could stop and return to the last point I was at. Everything was well laid out and easy to follow. I have used TurboTax for many years and am very please with this product.
An introduction would be helpful outlining the subsections.
What's great about it: Everything went in very easy. No difficulties encoountered.
What's not so great: Sections not outlined
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Little Disappointed

Been using Turbo Tax > 15 years except for last year when Tax Cut offered a free Deluxe product which was more intuitive than Turbo Tax with better clarity to ensure confidence that my answers were correct. Went back to Turbo Tax due to preference of familiarity. Don't know if will do Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: easy to read screens
What's not so great: Not very intuitive. Some screens lacked clarity; had to dig to get some answers. Poor transfer of 2011 tax info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesomely Easy!!

This is the 7th year I have used turbo tax. It feels easier and easier each time. Every step is broken down with easy to follow directions. No way to go wrong.
What's great about it: Step by step. Easy to follow. No problems

Good Refund

Turo Tax is user friendly and does all of the calculations for you. I like the review process that it does. I have been using it for many years and will continue to do so unless another company " builds a better mouse trap " which I seriously doubt.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Did not ike to pay $19.99 for e filling my State Rerund
