EASY AND ACCURATE

No problems getting information entered or knowing what information to enter where. I have been using TurboTax for 6 years and it gets easier and easier everytime. But I always get hung up on the printing. I like to have a printed copied besides saving the PDF version. There are so many worksheets, it is hard for me to determine which forms have calculations and which are information.
What's great about it: Easy answer questions;logical flow
What's not so great: Printing forms can be cumbersome
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great software but a few issues with Macs

I love TurboTax and have used it for quite a few years. It does a great job and makes tax preparation easy and fast. I use a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and was unable to get updates which caused a little concern when I filed my daughter's and our taxes. I use my laptop wirelessly and the updates would not install until I used a wired connection to the internet. I had to troubleshoot to fix the problem. This was not an issue last year using TurboTax on my Mac. I hope they correct the issues for Macs next year. I love this software and would love it to run seamlessly!
What's great about it: Great tax software that makes it easy to prepare taxes!
What's not so great: Update issues with my Mac this year.

I have used Turbo tax for in excess of ten years for my taxes, my mom's , mother-in-laws, sons and daughter. Some of the returns are easy other most complex (partnerships)
I do not know what I would do without the software. It has made my life easier. I always feel confident when I file after using Turbo Tax.
I file and then never have a worry about hearing from the IRS.
What's great about it: Aways Accurate, Aways easy.
What's not so great: Not able to collapse the summaries easily.

I used Turbotax in the past and had no problem. This time efiling seemed more cumbersome. However, I will use it again.

tax time is never easy

in general turbo tax functions well. covers all the needed topics. negative:if information was put in, then taken out. those blanks show up as errors. i couldn't leave those areas blank. the curser flipped to the next page on yes/no too quickly. it would be better if tubo tax could give an estimate on the amount of needed deduction up front rather having to go through a lengthy entry only to find out you don't qualify.
What's great about it: turbo tax covers all the basics, gets the job done.
What's not so great: would flip to next page if curser remained on yes/no too long.

Didn't print Form 1040!

Everything worked, until I printed out the forms filed. The Federal Form 1040 itself was missing, although all the other forms (Schedules, worksheets, etc) printed.
What's great about it: did all the math, etc.
What's not so great: No Form 1040! Dumb.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

A pleasure to use

I have been using this for several years. It is fast and pretty easy to use. I'm glad I use this program. I am convinced that I get a larger refund because of Turbotax.
What's great about it: You get a better feel for tax consequences of every financial decision you make during the year.
What's not so great: None
