great product

I have used this product for years. Each year there is always a learning curve but each year it seems to be easier to start the tax season. Sometimes it is hard to get back to where you were in the step-by-step after going to the forms. I can find answers to most of my questions.
What's great about it: has gotten easier to use
What's not so great: having to pay to efile state return

Too Easy

I use TT every year, it makes the process too easy. Step-by-step process makes it bullet proof. It would be nice if you could bypass some of the steps for items you know you don't qualify for while still using the automated format.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step process
What's not so great: lacks the ability to skip certain sections while still using the automated format.

TurboTax delivers (again!)

Been using TurboTax for years and will continue to use for many years to come! Makes filing easy and I feel like I have control over the situation.
What's great about it: Ease of importing last year's information.
What's not so great: Small interface issue on entering business info.

great tool to do tax returns

some of the terms or questions are hard to understand if you are not a tax accountant or familiar with them. I use turbo tax to do many tax returns but even i got stuck on some of the questions.
overall excellent program. I have used all of them and has always come back to turbo tax.

Assets and Business use of home was difficult to see what was going on.
What's great about it: Especially Helpful for the state return
What's not so great: Business income/expense difficult to understand from year to year

Had to re-update the whole program through your web site after performing a regular update:(
