TurboTax Made It Easy

My wife in the past did the taxes using TurboTax and she mentioned that it wasn't as easy as it it is now. We used a Tax Preparer before and paid a whole more because we felt the taxes were more involved. After using this software it sort of make me feel I gave TurboTax a try first. Oh well, I know now that in the future I'm using TurboTax from now on. Thanks
What's great about it: Enjoyed how easy to navigate through each step. Terrific
What's not so great: Cons. There was no Cons that I came across

I love that Turbo Tax does nearly all the work, I simply click next now. It is intuitive and makes taxes an experience you don't have to dread anymore.
What's great about it: year to year integration and document import

Always Easy

I have used Turbo Tax to file taxes for several years now. It is simple to use and walks you through by using a series of questions to make sure you cover everything. I would recommend the software to any of my friends and family.

Got my refund

I have been using TurboTax for 7 years now and have been very satisfied. It guides you step by step, and there's even a section where you can type in questions for a tax expert. There are always updates and error checks to ensure that there will be no mistakes. Why pay to go to a tax guy when you can do it yourself for much cheaper and still get the same refund? Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fantastic Tax Preparation Product

For many years I depended on an outside tax preparer to do my taxes. Last year, after my tax preparer was finished I entered my tax information into my brother's TurboTax software and within an hour I had the same results as my professional preparer.
I highly recommend TurboTax. Data entry is quick and straight forward - just follow the prompts.
What's great about it: Ease of data entry and the on-line help function

Turbo tax is consistently easy to use. I wish whenit displayed the section" you maximize your refund with the standard deduction" it automatically dispalyed what the amount would be with the itemized deduction.

Simple and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for 4 years now. It is a simple way to do our returns. Their guides are great assistance. They tell you which box to look for on the financial forms from different institutions to input the correct info into your tax returns.
What's great about it: Walks you through each form telling you what box to look for info. Has help desk available for questions.
What's not so great: Wait time for phone help was long, but they gave the option of being called back which I used and it worked fine.
