Easy and Fast!

Overall a good experience. Would be nice to have more help and more answers to my questions.
What's great about it: Makes doing taxes possible for non-tax experts like me

Quick N Easy

This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I couldn't be happier with the product. It is so easy to use with great step by step navigation features and best of all it more affordable than taking it to a person or company to do your taxes (more than likely using this product to do so#. I like that they have access to help if you need it # haven't needed it yet # and that your personal information is protected. What is really great is how fast it is. I used to do my taxes by hand #paper & pencil with calculator to check numbers) and this by far beats the time it used to take me to complete my federal and state returns by hours.
What's great about it: step by step, great explanations, easy to navigate, affordable

Always easy

I love the ease and accessability. However, I need forms so that I can keep track of all of this stuff. Would it be possible to have a tracking system that showed my often used deductions and a downloadable form I could have immediatly available on my desktop to help me remember to keep track and write down the amounts for these duductions without buying a new software to learn?
What's great about it: What I do not understand, they have easy access help screens

I like the system. It makes filing taxes pretty easy.
What's great about it: I liked how easy it was and how I could download from Quicken or enter the information myself.
What's not so great: I didn't like how it kept going back to the sections already entered.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have not been disappointed ever. I switched to another product for two years and have returned, never to go back. It just makes tax time easier to accept. Thanks, Turbo Tax!!

Makes taxes easy. Done in an easy, orderly way. Covered everything needed to file my Federal and State tax returns. Because I've used it the last couple years, it automatically uploads any information needed from last years returns.
Money well spent...and that's important at on this day and time.
What's great about it: detailed, easy to follow, organized
What's not so great: uploads some times did not work

Very user friendly. Allows you to do your own taxes and feel confident that you have included everything and figures in end are correct.
What's great about it: Easy to follow & get all items entered correctly
What's not so great: Sometimes don't know how final figure arrived at just have to trust program

TAXING TASK MADE EAST

Great program to simplify a complicated filing task, and, it is guaranteed to be mathematically correct. If you collect the correct information and answer the interview question properly, you will not have any problems with the IRS. When finished, Turbo Tax even gives you a free E File for your Federal return and audit help is available.
