Best Ever

Great way to do you taxes, takes all the stress from filling out the forms by making it nearly impossible to make a mistake.
What's great about it: Super easy to understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Rejected my filing

My wifes pin was rejected of all things. The program can't even get this correct. After I made a mistake of contributing too much to both our IRA's, the program did catch the error, but did nothing to lead me through how to file the information for taxes. It even asked me questions that weren't applicable.
What's great about it: Imported data from institutions
What's not so great: Too many bugs.

What a easy way to do and file your return.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never had an issue with my returns. Easy, Fast and I'm confident I have an accurate return
What's great about it: Easily walks you thru the complete return

Only way to File!

Been using Turbo Tax since it came out. Much better than doing it by hand after getting all the booklets and forms. Turbo Tax walks you through the filing process and covers any situation you could possibly be in and doesn't let you forget anything. Again, "Only way to File!"
What's great about it: Super easy to follow. Everything is covered.
What's not so great: Can't think of any cons.

Easier to Use Than the 2011 Program

I found that I could work at my own pace and could go back to correct something. When i thought I had finished and discovered I left 2 items out by mistake, it was easy to go back to the part I missed and add the two items. The Turbo Tax program people know the law well enough to go over every possibility that the taxpayer might encounter and asked the proper question for me to answer so what I thought would be a problem got answered correctly. Thank you!
What's great about it: The guided questions made the program easier to follow and it answered the questions I anticipated.
What's not so great: The e-file ending process took longer than I thought it would since this was the first time I e-filed.

About as Painless as It Can Be

Have used TT for quite a few years, and they have this process virtually bullet-proof.
What's great about it: TT asks and catches EVERYTHING
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
