Once again, Turbo Tax to my rescue. I have used other tax preparation software in the past, but I always come back to Turbo Tax. Much more clearer questions and help response on live chat is amazing.

I love how easy it is to use Turbo Tax. It walks you right through the forms and gives you tips/advice/explanations as you go. I've been using it since 1998.
What's great about it: Walked me right through the forms

This the easy and best way to do your taxes. There were only a couple of times were I had questions on what I was doing but I could think of another way to do this. Turbo Tax is the Man! or The Woman! or whatever it is....
What's great about it: Easy Friendly
What's not so great: Questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax: The Unbeatable Simplistic Software

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and have gotten at least 30 others to start using it as well. I have people come over and watch me do their taxes so they can see how simple it truly is to file your own taxes instead of dreading tax season. They have all gone out and purchased their own TurboTax software so they can file their friends taxes and save them E-filing fees, and in turn, these friends are doing the same thing. The only complaint I've heard from others is that it's time consuming in comparison to dropping it off at a Tax Filing Service. But my response is, "TurboTax gives you ideas as to how you can save more money and get larger refunds, where these companies don't bother with these details." They cannot argue that. Also, "Its Deductable" is a free software included in TurboTax, which gives you hundreds of dollars in deductions if you donate your old clothing, household items, etc..to a Donation Center. People are amazed at this feature and all my friends are donating vs. yard selling now. I've referred TurboTax to many people, who refer them to their family and friends, etc... I'll never switch. Keep up the awesome, simple, and rewarding software and we will all continue to purchase it! You go TurboTax!!!!

Could not e-file federal return

One main reason I use Turbotax is to e-file my returns.
Program could NOT e-file my Federal Return! Did accept to e-file State return at extra cost.
Terribly disappointed.
