i don't like to e-file at all.

spent one whole day doing my taxes and it won't print and my printer does work.

THE PROCESS SEEMED MUCH MORE COMPLICATED THIS YEAR. I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND HAVE LOVED IT SO I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT DID NOT FLOW EASILY FOR ME THIS YEAR....IT DIDN'T SEEM TO ASK THE QUESTION AND EXPLAIN LIKE IT DID LAST YEAR

Pure Simplicity

found it easy to do taxes. The taxes belong to my lady friend, but I have done taxes for myself for at least ten years and turbo tax programs keep improving every year. I have recommended it to many friends.
What's great about it: easy directions, provides all the help you need with the "help" section

Maybe Improvements Needed?

I'm a retiree who withdrew funds from my IRA in 2012 but have no intention of withdrawing that much in 2013. However, the software doesn't ask you to estimate the amount you will be withdrawing in 2013. Now I have Quarterly Estimated Tax payment slips for amounts far above what I anticipate for 2013. AND I don't like the government having my money interest free until my next filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use - well thought out.
What's not so great: Estimated Tax Calculation needs work

I did my taxes in just a couple hours using Turbo Tax. Very easy to use! Love it!

Despite having a somewhat non-traditional work history, I have been able to file my taxes with turbo tax with confidence. I like having the option to be guided through the process or pick my own way. I also find it helpful to have the previous year's information available.
What's great about it: easy, yet thorough
What's not so great: The breakdown of medical expenses is onerous

Easy as pie

I like being able to sit at my home, take my time and think about what I'm doing. I'm glad I can do it in the peace and safety of my own home. No body else has to know any of my personal information.
What's great about it: I was able to take my time and look for things as I needed them. I could save and log out, then sign in and go back to m
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
