Love TurboTax

imports personal information from previous year so I don't have to keep putting in the same info. the step by step instructions are easy to follow. I have been using turbotax for several years and can't see a reason to stop now.
What's great about it: walks you through entering your information
What's not so great: no cons this time

I've been using TT for more than 20 years because it is more reliable than having "professionals" filled out my taxes.
What's great about it: It ensures that you meet all tax laws
What's not so great: It helps to understand the basics about taxes

Easy - Easy - Easy

The big problem I had this year is that I bought the Deluxe edition. In previous years I bought the basic edition. I had to enter all my personal information which when I used the basic edition every year the information was carried over from the previous years tax report. I did notice that when my sister did her return you had corrected the problem - but much too late for me and I did not want to start my tax report all over again. I did like when it would show the previous years tax information just in case I forgot something. Have a Great Day!
What's great about it: Easy - even for someone without a college education!
What's not so great: I wish it would take me back to the spot where I left off when I quit for the day.

Great Product for the Price

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is easy to use and the many help functions are great.
What's great about it: I like the fact that I can start and stop my return at any time. I don't need to complete the return in one sitting.
What's not so great: None
