I've been using Turbo Tax for 8-10 years (except last year# and it's always be relatively smooth. This year, there were two issues that I encountered; one downloading the state #it went into a loop and I couldn't move forward until it was completely rebooted# and the other was entering my PIN and date #received an error on the date even though it met the criteria
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: had a few issues this year

Real easy money!!!

What can i say, it is one of the easiest ways to file your taxes.
What's great about it: just to easy
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and easy. Been using Turbo Tax for years and never had a problem. Helps me find missing deductions. And doesn't let me miss anything.

Need to support 32bit Macs

I have been a customer for 6 years. I bought a version of Turbo Tax that said is supported my version of the MAC OS only to find out that it would not run on my older 32bit computer. Very disappointing!

I love the convenience of pulling all the info from the last year's return. Being able to compare and contrast my year to year spending as well as what effect the tax code changes are making in my little world. However, this issue this year with the 'free' but not free State return makes me pretty angry, especially since you don't find out about it until you're ready to send it off. Leaves a really sour taste.
What's great about it: Love the Convenience
What's not so great: Hate the bate and switch State fee thing.
