Saved my Sanity

It might do you good to review State of Maine Voluntary Contributions and Park Passes. It currently reads that if I were to make a contribution my refund would either be reduced or my taxes increased. I can only assume that this would be how my payment would be made, but the wording should have stated that more clearly.
What's great about it: Giving hints as to what it made sense for me to further investigate or consider
What's not so great: An assumption was made that I was still an independent contractor

Simple and straightforward. Walks one through the process. Very easy to pick up where one left off.
What's great about it: Simplicity.
What's not so great: Should be easier to print specific pages of the return

Turbo Tax 2012

Over all happy with the application and it's performance. Only down side I had occurred a few times when I wanted to step back one screen and it took me back to the beginning of what ever segment of the preparation I was working on. Caused a little more time to enter data. I will purchase the product again next year.
What's great about it: Helpful, good question & answer format
What's not so great: Sometimes backing up takes you too far back

I love the step by step instructions. It helps me capture all of my deductions. No better feeling than going from owing $6000 to only owing $500. Keep up the great work!

started using turbo tax in 2005. at that time my investments were quite complicated. my broker was the one who suggested turbo tax and i'm glad he did. the times i have been stumped it was easy to chat online or call in to speak with someone. a great porduct!
