has been better- had trouble printing this year

Easy and reliable

I've always used Turbo Tax but this year I found it easier to go through the return quicker especially since many items did not apply to me and my family. I like that you can go back to the guide at any point and find the areas that you need to review or edit without having to search through the entire return.
What's great about it: You can choose between using the step by step guide or skip through not applicable sections
What's not so great: Selling their other products (ie. Audit Defense, etc)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I like TurboTax but was surprised that I wasn't prompted to enter my Estimated Tax payments. I had completed all the forms and error checking before I realized that the Estimated Tax payments weren't there. I had to go to the "Show Topics" list to find the place to enter them.

I use either the Deluxe or Home and Business Versions over the years depending on which I needed to file a 1040 long form and they are great tools to file your tax returns!
What's great about it: Error Checking, One Free State Return, Audit Defense
What's not so great: Cannot think of anything; I buy it every year!

I have been using TurboTax for years (since 1999) and I have never had a problem. I know nothing about taxes or tax law. All I know how to do is read. I follow the prompts and it is so easy. Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything - if you can read, you can use TurboTax
What's not so great: Once in a while something comes up that makes you wonder if you are answering the question correctly

Filing taxes made easy with easy navigation and assurance. Also, the import function was fantastic!
What's great about it: Import function was fantastic!
