A Little Glitch This Year

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this was the first time I have had any problems with the uploads. We finally uploaded manually and then it went well.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: The Updates would not load

I would have given 5 starts, but there was no burning option!

Disappointed customer

Problems with the state form has made this customer very unsatisfied with the program. I have purchased Turbo Tax for the last several years because I like how it guides you through each step. This year the state returns would not work. I had to go online and find out that if you went out of the program and opened back up the state return would work. Then when I went to do a print preview of the state return it gave me all 88 888 888 00 on every line so I could not review the state anyway.. I decided not to file the state return using Turbo tax as there might be other issues.
Not a happy Turbo Tax user.

My Refund Rocked

This software makes it really easy to file a tax return and not have to understand all the legal jargon that goes with filling out a tax return. It also allows you to save your work and go back to it when you need to.
What's great about it: I liked the explaniations provided

2012 Turbo Tax

If Turbo does not fix this print problem, I will not buy it for next year. I have bought Turbo Tax for the last 15yrs. This is the only year I have had a problem, but it is a large problem, I'm going to buy a house this year 2013 and i have to have copies of the prior two year taxes. I cannot get a porint of my 2012. Why have you not fixed this problem?
