It's TurboTax for Me!

I have used TurboTax for many years and it has gotten easier and cleaner each year. I don't have a particularly complex tax situation but it has handled anything unusual with ease. I like the entry query feature. All of the entry items and many of the subitems have available help for non-professional preparers such as myself. The option to enter data on your own is also available if you like.
I'm sure there are other good tax preparation programs out there but it will always be TurboTax for me. As the saying goes, "If it's not broken, don't fix it!"

2012 turbo tax deluxe review

Turbo Tax is a great product and saves me tons of money from having to pay someone else to do my taxes, when it is really easy to just do on my own with the program.
What's great about it: easy to follow and understand, makes doing taxes painless
What's not so great: Since I work in one state and my wife in the other, i wish the program allow two free states with deluxe turbo tax

I loved the whole thing, it made filing taxes for the first time quick and painless
What's great about it: Not a thing I didn't like, it was fast and easy to use

Only same problem every year!!!

The program is easy to install and use. However, every year the NY state program tries to tax my exempt NYC Fire Dept pension!!! I have to go over it many times to get it to not tax my pension!! We all pay way too much in taxes already!!!!!

Great experience, went super-smooth

Was not clear of what to do to save the filing during an interuption. Ended up losing everything, then had to start over. So, I allotted myself enough time to complete in one sitting, smooth-sailing, right through to the end.
What's great about it: I liked the notes and advice the most
