First time to use, but will definitely use in future. Quick and easy way to file. Great explanations of each step.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process. Easy!
What's not so great: Terminology was sometimes different than that on 1099s.

Overall simple to follow and input information. Like the prompts for all the possibilities.

Easy to Use!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years...it is easy to use, thorough, and I always feel that I have gotten the greatest refund allowable thanks to this product. I also use it to prepare my mother's and daughter's returns, so it is very cost effective.

Turbo Tax walks me through all my income and deductions to maximize my returns. I can do it all from the privacy of my own home. I am able to pick up where I left off If I have gather more data. Help is available along the way and I can watch my dollars add up as I go. (helps to know what is benefitting me and what I might need to change)
