Easy Peasy

I love that I can import my investment data for my mutual funds. My head would have exploded if I had to figure that all out on my own.
What's great about it: Imports last year's info. Held my hand, just fill in the blanks, and skip parts that don''t pertain.

The only thing I think you might want to look into is not adding additional charges on refunding with state. It should be part of and work it into the initial cost.
Leave the audit protection packet as is.

Had a blank form generate and could not find what was causing it. Support could not find the cause either.

I love Turbo Tax

I like turbo tax because it is easy to use and less expensive than hiring a 'tax expert'
What's great about it: It is easy to use and includes all aspects of life with taxes, ie. charitable deductions re easy to include

Overall the software is a great tool for doing taxes. I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and will continue to use in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Imports information from prior years. Imports W2's and other information.
What's not so great: Sometimes the walk through process can be a little inflexible which means unusual circumstances are hard enter.

Take the Stress Out of IRS

I've been using Turbo-Tax for about five years now. It has taken all the stress out of trying to complete the IRS forms. Love that it does all the calculating for me and helps me find deductions!
What's great about it: Simple, Easy and Fast!
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind.

LOVE TURBO TAX.... I USED TO DO THEM LONG FORM BY HAND. NOW I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS NOW, IT IS SO EASY AND THEY DON'T LET YOU FORGET ANY DEDUCTIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!
