Turbo tax 2012

It is very easy product to use, feel safe and secured.
Dont like th contant updates but they happend fast and I guess is for the best. Trying to get my older children to learn hot to do their own taxes this way.

I have been using Turbo Tax since it was first introduced and we installed it on our first computer that we purchased in 1993. The software has always asked helpful questions to complete tax forms and helped me think through the mountains of documentation we acquire each year. Cannnot imagine not having this software available to complete our taxes.
What's great about it: Complete, through, and VERY user friendly. Easy to understand questions. Even the more complicated forms were easy.
What's not so great: Only down side were the frequent updates this year but I blame that on congress not Turbo Tax.

Extremely challenging to complete!

I am wondering if I made the right choice with Turbo Tax. I have used it for many years, but this year I hope I did everything correctly.
What's great about it: Instant filing capability...but
What's not so great: Due to changing employment status, this was very challenging to complete.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent product

I actually used the services of audit defense for a prior year. Even though the IRS ended up dinging me for a mistake in my data entry, it was a great relief to avoid dealing with them directly. The tax professional assigned to my case was extremely helpful.
What's great about it: Audit defense removes the worry from filing by oneself.

I have used TurboTax for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the product. It is easy to use, informative and offers suggestions for information I may not have considered using. I will continue to use the software and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I feel they help me get deductions that I didn't expect. This makes me happy since I'm the one staying up and doing taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to stop and start ; simple.
What's not so great: Careful printing : may be more than you need for records.
