Easier and easier

Been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now. I have such confidence in the guides.
What's great about it: All updates were there.
What's not so great: Had to do some searching for the updates

I've used TurboTax for years and have been more than pleased with it. It would be helpful if it was better at handling K1 partnership forms. I had to manually enter some data as the Q&A portion did not work correctly.
Overall, I will be back next year.
What's great about it: Nice Q & A to fill out taxes.
What's not so great: Not very helpful on K1 form.

I've used TurboTax for the last 3 years. 2012 version seems to have fixed any shortcomings I noticed in previous years....like double entering amounts when you
edited a value.

I've been doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax for the last few years, and each year it takes me less and less time, and it's easier and easier. Taxes are intimidating, and I think Turbo Tax does a good job at keeping things simple, so even the most tax illiterate people can do it, and feel confident.

It's been better in the past

I've used this product for years, but was disappointed with this year's version. Trying to find where you left off in a saved return was a terrible experience. Anytime you left a section, you basically had to start over when you went back - not good.
What's great about it: Good questions
What's not so great: Terrible saving
