helped me efile

I had some differences this year due to the death of my mother and Turbo Tax was able to walk me through. I was afraid I would have to go to a Tax preparer this year, but I was mistaken. Turbo Tax handled everything.
What's great about it: learn more pages very explanatory

It Gets Easier Every Year!

Over all, this product is excellent! It makes preparing my return (almost) painless. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years -- is that even possible? I had used a different tax preparation product but found Turbo Tax to be much easier to use with much better help. Occasionally, I come across a specific issue that puzzles me. Generally, I find the answer quite quickly but sometimes, I must seek help elsewhere. Is it possible that it used to be easier to actually speak to a live person?
I will certainly continue to use Turbo Tax and have recommended it to many of my friends. I have converted many people to the Turbo Tax way.
What's great about it: Following the step by step process makes filing my return very easy
What's not so great: It is sometimes difficult to find answers to some specific questions

This was the first time I prepared my own taxes and Turbo Tax was very simple and easy to navigate through. I will be using Turbo Tax again next year.

Only issue II had was with entering the address on Cap Gain form. I put city, state and zip in the same box but it got caught at the end.

Once again I have chosen to use Turbo Tax instead of my e-husband to do my taxes. It is self explanatory. The only problem was that some of the institutions changed some of the 1099 DIV/INT formats.

Every part of the filling is easy to understand and e file is no problem at all.

Learn a lot by checking behind the scenes in forms

By and large feel quite confident with the final results. Not having a strong tax background.
What's great about it: Got great assistance from CPA who shared Screen. Both had learning experience as to various ways to answer question
What's not so great: Takes awhile to download and not all came thru from last year.
