Interview should use last year return more. Year after year I have the same things to enter and review, however if I know I do not have some types of income, deductions, etc a check box at the start that would allow to bypass items would be nice.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: Should be about to end interview when you know that it is done.

Amazingly Simple with Refunds to boot!

I love to use TurboTax. It is my best friend when it comes to doing my taxes at my own pace. If I forget something, I don't have to run home and get it, I AM HOME and can retrieve my documents at my own pace. Thank you TurboTax!!!!! 3 years using it now!!
What's great about it: Walked me through each deduction step by step
What's not so great: There are a few areas that are still confusing and I needed to reread them several times, sometime with help

No surprises

Was surprised to experience a message indicating there was an error when i tried to print ihe forms to be filed when the program previously indicated there were no errors.
What's great about it: Seemed complete. Simple to use.
What's not so great: Sometimes some of the questions seemed tedious and a little indirect.

Fact that State Return E File is an extra charge should be more prominently depicted on the DVD packaging.
Offer a Intuit Account but the NEXT page better allow the use of another payment method - how about paypal so I don't have to put another credit card in the ether.
What's great about it: Process for filing was as expected
What's not so great: WAY TOO MUCH ADVERTISING & ATTEMPTS AT SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME

I enjoy using Tubo Tax. Filing Tax's made easier then using paper forms. Don't have to pay outrages fees to someone, for something I"m able to do myself. No aappointment.
What's great about it: I can do it myself

Turbo Tax takes the pain out of filing taxes, and gives me the peace of mind knowing that my taxes are completed correctly. And for a small fee I added the tax audit protection that means I will never have to deal with the IRS in the case of a random audit. That right there will let me sleep better at night & I say, "Good riddance till next year IRS!"
What's great about it: By far the simpleist way!!

TurboTax 2012

I have used TurboTax for more than 15 years now. I have seen it getting better and better (more user friendly) year after year. Now even my wife, who is not a avid computer user as I am, starts using it with ease. Turbo Tax is my family's tax software of choice.
What's great about it: Easy-to-Use is why I have used TurboTax to file my returns in all these years.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
