Easy to Follow

I have used this product for years. I will use it again, next year.

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now. I feel very secure about my returns.
What's great about it: I know that if I follow all the steps my return will be correct.
What's not so great: I still have to dig out all my supporting documents.

Couldn't Have Been Easier

I left TurboTax a few years ago to try another tax software package. Came back for the 2012 tax year and was glad I did. It was even better than I remembered. I'll be sticking to TurboTax for the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: Very understandable guidance, user friendly on my Mac.
What's not so great: Alas, TurboTax didn't actually pay my taxes for me. I had to. (sigh)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very helpful

My brother-in-law is a CPA and used to own his own business. I started using Turbo Tax at his suggestion way back in the mid 90's. I like it! I would like the walk-me-through-it to be a little more user friendly. The continue buttons are so far down the screen that you have to page up the sccreen to get to them. For those screens with just a few lines of information, this seems unnecessarily awkward.
One of the information screens said that high income families could get tax credits for education expenses. Then when I entered all my information, it said we did not qualify for any credits. It took some major digging to finally find a screen that said the cut off was $180,000. It would have been very helpful if that had been part of the message saying we did not qualify. High income is a relative term.
Otherwise, I think I get good service from the product. I do the family taxes and my college-age daughter's on this software. I have recommended it to several friends.

Sleep soundly with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 3 years without issue. When I send off my return I'm confident that it is done properly. I sleep very well knowing it is accurate info reported to the IRS.

Extra Easy-Peasy

TurboTax is well worth the cost.
What's great about it: It was easy and it gets easier each year.
What's not so great: I can't think of a thing except it's not free (well, Fed return is)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
