EZ to use

Turbo Tax rocks. It is easy to use, quick concise and affordable. The software walks you through all the steps and then double checks for you. If you need to edit or ammend, it is a click away. Go for it! You will like it.
What's great about it: I used to pay big bucks for tax prep, no need now. Turbo Tax is easy to use and you get the same refund if not more.

Easy Entry Program

this year the K-1 info was much easier to enter than previous years. switching from step by step to forms made it very easy to double check entries.
What's great about it: easy to enter items in proper place
What's not so great: doesn't pull direct deposit info from federal to state return

I believe the product is excellent. I have been using it for about 6 years now and would not use anything else.
What's great about it: The product is basically easy to use. It is well planned out and steps you through each process of entering your return.
What's not so great: The actually opening of the application is slow.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I had a specific, uncommon, tax scenario and I needed to know how it fit into the TurboTax guided tour. The person who helped me in "Live Chat" was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. She stayed with me until she was certain we had the right solution. I definitely recommend TurboTax software to anyone looking to file their taxes on their own.
