Have used turbo tax for filing of my federal and state returns for years. Have never found fault with that program. Extremely accurate and provides complete self confidence in assurance that all was done correctly and as the law provides.

Easy to use, but sometimes you indicate we are going to walk through a subject and when I click continue I was in the next topic. However, easy to navigate back and get where I wanted to be
Otherwise easy and fast to use, saves considerable time and really does improve year after year, this is my 12th year using the program
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward
What's not so great: Confusing sometimes to get to detail

Every year turbo tax gets better and better. we have been using it for as long as I can remember.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: Would like auto save every five minutes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 4 years, and have found it very user friendly to use. It sure beats paying an accountant! Would definitely recommend it for anyone that has simple tax stuff, work, children, daycare, etc. May need assistance if you have business or itemized deductions, but this program even has a program for that too!
What's great about it: Very User Friendly!

Wouldn't allow my state tax to be e-filed

Frustrating that their isn't a live or live chat person to assist when you are having problems with the program
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Did not recognize my employers 14 digit state tax code so would not efile it although all 14 charaters were there
