Best yet edition of Turbo Tax: fast, orderly, and logical, data entry. Retention and access to information entered on prior year tax forms greatly reduces the time it takes to complete one's taxes.
What's great about it: Carry over of personal and tax information from prior year's filing. Continued improvements in screen layout of inform.
What's not so great: lack of option to print out summary listings of 1099 R, INT, DIV, MRD, deductions, etc.

Saves me Bundles of Time

I lost my info from 2011 when my computer crashed. I had a backup and finally found my 2011 file after a lot of searching. It would be really good if Turbotax had a "cloud" storage where people who buy the program could store their previous years taxes and do so free of any extra charge.
Overall, the program is easy to use and saves me hours versus reading rules and filling out paper forms.
Finding rules, explanations using the help function seems to be of pretty limited value. Could not find info I was looking for.

What's great about it: Imports information from previous year so do not have to fill in all the addresses, etc. Easy to work through. I
What's not so great: If you lose last years return because of a hard drive crash,you are out of luck.

I depend on Turbotax every year

I can bring my information from last year forward, make any and all updates to to our tax forms,e-file and wait for my refund. Life is good.

What's not so great: I have never had a problem with Turbotax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
