Easy to Use

An easy to use program.
What's great about it: Every year gets easier because it saves all your info.
What's not so great: Sometimes it takes awhile to find what you are looking for.

I found only one problem. The instruction that permitted assigning my tax refund to apply to 2013 estimated taxes was included with a list of things that didn't apply to me. I missed it the first time through and thought you hadn't included that possibility beyond going in and manually changing the forms. In the future, I suggest that question be highlighted on a separate page.

This product walks you through the process step by step and helps you get the maximum refund. It is easy to use, and I like that I am involved in the entire process. I love using Turbo Tax.

Best tax assistance

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I did try another program one year but didn't like it as well. I always feel that Turbo Tax will take me through everything I need to complete my taxes accurately and efficiently. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Ease of use, thorough, assistance available if needed
What's not so great: incomplete info on form didn't really need...so deleted. Fixed issue

Awesome and great refund

First time w/Turbo Tax. Very pleased with the ease of use and simple steps. Liked the fact that it kept me in the know as I went from "owe $$$" to a very nice refund at the end of the process. Thank you Turbo tax for making something so frightening actually easy to use.

I have been using TURBOTAX for last 25-30 years, and have not even had any idea of switching to any TAX program, since TURBOTAX has always done the job to my utmost satisfaction.

Thorough yet simple

Turbotax nor only walks me through the complex tax reporting procedures but also explains what options I have and what the questions mean. The partnership with financial institutions means I don't have to have type in complex data, Turbotax will import it and load the information into the forms for me!
What's great about it: Easy download of complex stock reports
