How Easy It Is!

Turbo Tax was easy to use and, to me, astonishing how quickly the support documents were generated without any prompting from me.
What's great about it: Easy to use and the review process is educational
What's not so great: Not easy to return to a specific subject.

Tried and True

I've been using TurboTax for many years. There's a great benefit in using the same program so that information from previous years is available. TurboTax imports the past year previously and offers both an interview method and "Explore on Your Own" method. The latter is time-saving when familiar with TurboTax and I like that feature. I'm comfortable w/ the program and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Ease of use and option for interview or not
What's not so great: Would like to be able to save the annual comparison and review information given at the end of tax completion

This is so easy that it takes minutes to use after you have all of your paperwork in order. i wish it could some how legally drop my tax rate.

Time Saving and Accurate!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so. I also use it for immediate family members.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and Accuracy!
What's not so great: Having to purchase a new set of software for Ohio; but I understand!

I have used Turbotax since the 90's and they just keep improving every year. It's easy to use. I have the choice of their guiding me through all the steps or exploring on my own. They give examples. It's easy to skip around from income to deductions to credits to wherever you want to go or go back to.
What's great about it: Easy - Choices - Ease of use

Makes everything so easy to understand

I really appreciate the charitable donation section where you can price your donated items correctly. I feel more confident in the amounts I provide the IRS. I love the fact that you work through each section in easy to understand steps and I can leave it and come back at a later time and pick right up where I left off.
What's great about it: Step by Step reviews of itemized deduction options
